Adobe Flash Player, WinXP-sp3
Flash has problems playing some of the h264 videos. Here is one of the test videos. I have recorded a .ts file in ProgDVB dvb viewer.
original transport stream recording (.ts), 5MB
converted to mpeg4 (h264/aac), 1MB

Here is VLC conversion script. My target is to make h264 files that can be played in Playstation 3 and Flash. PS3 requires h264-level 4.1 flag. Flash cannot play .mp4 video file properly even if I change attributes.
* audio track is stuttering
* video track is not visible at all
@REM Convert video file to h264/aac file
set trc=#transcode{vcodec=h264,acodec=mp4a,channel=2,audio-sync,deinterlace}
set std=std{access=file,mux=mp4,url="C:\out\ts_to_h264_vlc.mp4"}
"C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe" --sout-x264-level 41  --sout=%trc%:%std% "C:\in\ts_to_h264_vlc.ts" vlc:quit
